CONDITIONS OF USE

After placing an order, the buyer is committed to buying from us and agrees to our terms & conditions. Make sure your order is final to avoid any problems.

Paid orders cannot be exchanged with different versions/albums.

Unpaid orders can be exchanged with different versions/albums. Simply make a new order and our system will automatically cancel the previously placed order.

Adding items is possible. The buyer will just place another order. If the buyer chooses "Combined shipping with your previously placed order(s)" as their preferred delivery method, at the checkout page, don't forget to leave a customer note about the order number(s) that you want to combine with your new order.



NON-PAYMENT

Failure to pay on or before the payment deadline will automatically forfeit the placed order. Hence, the buyer will be considered a ‘Bogus Buyer’ and will be banned from our store.



DOWNPAYMENT POLICY

Pre-orders must be paid in FULL or 50% of the item price within the given payment deadline.

The remaining balance must be settled on or before the arrival of the order at our PH warehouse. Non-payment of the remaining balance after 14 days from the arrival date will forfeit the order, or the buyer will be fined 25% of the remaining balance as an inconvenience fee. Buyers are expected to buy responsibly.

If the buyer ordered/combined two or more different albums, the buyer must pay in FULL or 50% of the item price within the given payment deadline EITHER of the respective batch of each album OR the earliest payment deadline for all the ordered albums. The estimated arrival time of the albums to the Philippines from other countries would be the ETA of the last album to arrive at our warehouse.



CUSTOMER'S DETAILS
Make sure all provided information is correct and complete to avoid delays on orders. Don't forget to include the barangay name and/or number in your shipping address.

LIMITED EDITION ITEMS

Orders under Limited Edition are subject to cancellation if no longer available in the store and can be sold out without prior notice. The buyer should opt to pay ahead of the payment deadline.



STORE-EXCLUSIVE PRE-ORDER BENEFITS

If it is stated in the pre-order details, the order will be guaranteed to get pre-order benefits. These will be shipped together with your order.



OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If ordered items are out of stock or not available anymore, the store will immediately inform the buyer and will start to process the payment refund.

PRICING
Prices of our product are subject to change without prior notice.

ETA
The estimated time of arrival of the items to the Philippines from other countries is subject to changes due to the following reasons:
- Supplier's unforeseen circumstances
- Holidays
- Natural calamities inside and outside of the Philippines.



QUALITY CHECK INSPECTION

The store ensures to quality check each item before shipping for local delivery.

Damages incurred during the shipping of the items from other countries to the Philippines such as dented cases of CDs, CASSETTE TAPES, DVDs, Blu-rays, and dented cardboard sleeves of the VINYL RECORDS can happen and out of our control. This factor is not subject to a refund or item replacement; instead, the store offers alternative solutions of giving a complimentary (free) blank CD case for the dented CD case whenever possible. While for others, the store will proceed with preparing the orders for local delivery.

Other cosmetic issues (e.g. seam splits in the sleeves, dinged/dented corners, print imperfections, slightly warped vinyl records, and other imperfections) & sound quality issues (e.g. skips on vinyl records) are normal and not considered to be damaged. The store will proceed with preparing the orders for local delivery.

Every item that passes quality control inspection will be given to consumers at RANDOM for every variant. While items that did not pass quality control inspection are subject to refund or item replacement.



ORDER PACKAGING
All orders will be securely packed and sent in cardboard box packaging with fragile stickers.



LOCAL DELIVERY ISSUES

Item loss, delays, non-delivery, or damages incurred during the local delivery of the items are out of our control. If one of these issues occurs, the store ensures that each shipment that is shipped is insured.
