ETA & ETD
ETA is the estimated time of arrival and ETD is the estimated time of delivery. ETA refers to the time an international courier will arrive at our warehouse while ETD refers to the moment a product is handed over to the consignee.
ETA
Japan Pressing - 2 to 3 weeks after the payment deadline/release date (whichever is later).
Other Pressing - 3 to 4 weeks after the payment deadline/release date (whichever is later).
ETD
NCR, and Rizal Province - 1 to 3 business days after the shipment.
Rest of Luzon - 2 to 5 business days after the shipment.
Visayas and Mindanao - 5 to 10 business days after the shipment.
Note: Shipment will start once the item has been handed over to the courier.
